OwnerRelations Technology is an IT company that is growing fast. We supply a unique software solution for Property Managers and Hoteliers worldwide. We specialize in the development of robust Owner Accounting and Owner Portal software solutions for Condo Hotels, Fractional Hotels, Timeshare Resorts, HOAs, Residence Clubs, and Property Management Companies. Our client base consists mainly of 4- and 5-star Resort hotels located throughout North America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia.

THE POSITION

We are looking for a Sales and Client Account Administrator to join our team in our office in Squamish. You will assist the sales team and be that vital link between sales and the customer. You will not only perform day-to-day administrative duties but also have an improvement mindset and can simplify and streamline processes. You will work with new and existing customers and support new onboarding customers from around the world.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support sales team when required Answer prospect's and 3rd party vendors' queries and explain to them about the Owner Relations solutions Prepare reports, sales brochures, price lists and other sales documents Issue quotations and contracts to prospects Co-ordinate sales demonstration sessions of software to potential customers and 3rd party vendors Maintain sales and customer CRMs Track and raise invoicing for deposit, balances, training, travel and subscription fees for customers and vendors Co-ordination of the planning and attendance to trade shows Identify key competitors. Share market news and updates Manage customer communications Support other projects when required Supply KPI data when required Ensure the filing system (hardcopy and Soft) is maintained and current

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude Excellent communication skills using email, phone, and chat Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction Attention to detail Strong numerical skills Strong organizational skills Comfortable with Office 365 and SharePoint 3 – 5 years of customer service Courteous and professional phone manner, demeanour, and attitude are essential Good team player, yet willing to take personal responsibility for resolution of issues Experience with Software Programs - Asana, Pipedrive CRM, and Teams is a plus Knowledge of web-based software (SaaS) is a plus
