In a typical day, YOU will:

Lead a team located both locally in Concord/Vaughan and remotely Lead the safety culture within the team Support the operations in running a more cost efficient fleet Provide regular reporting as required on fleet performance Lead the capital expenditure planning for the fleet Manage relationships with a number of vendors to meet our fleet demands Advise the team on fleet replacements that balance both operational needs and environmental footprint reduction Manage the fuel card program across the dealership Manage the licensing needs of the fleet  Advise on fleet replacement vs. repair decisions based on equipment age, condition, and availability of new units for fleet upload Assist with processing outside vendor orders and invoicing including freight, and equipment orders Advise on regulatory matters

Must-haves for this role:

Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluency in French is an asset (oral and written). Strong Analytical / data analysis abilities and business acumen A collaborative, team player with strong relationship building and customer service focus/experience Demonstrated strong negotiation skills Strong organizational and planning skills and sense of urgency within a demanding fast paced environment Self-motivated, strong initiative, results driven and demonstrated execution skills Demonstrated agility, ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities/schedules Proficient w/Excel and other software/Microsoft applications; quick to learn/adopt new technology /software Relevant Post-Secondary education (i.e. Business Administration or Commerce) preferred with relevant technical experience
