We are currently seeking individuals for the position of Sales Representative, representing our esteemed client, TELUS Communications, across various Direct Marketing and Residential Campaigns.

Job Description:

Craft effective customer interactions. Showcase exceptional sales techniques through direct engagement, offering product expertise via door-to-door canvassing and specialty events. Responsively address customer inquiries, diligently researching, resolving, and following up on all issues. Assess customer requirements and deliver appropriate recommendations and solutions. Maintain and meticulously update the customer service database, documenting all interactions. Aid customers in placing orders, with a committed follow-up on existing and previous orders. Skillfully and professionally collaborate with customers to provide answers and deftly de-escalate issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Mastery of communication skills, superior customer service proficiency, and exceptional interpersonal abilities. Impeccable attention to detail and an unwavering passion for thriving in a high-paced environment. Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs. Proficiency in problem-solving, encompassing decision-making, time management, and the immediate prioritization of assigned tasks. A zest for thriving in both team and independent work environments.
