WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE:
Strictly adhering to protocols set by our governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals Providing hand sanitizing stations, disinfectant wipes, masks and gloves for employee use Enhanced cleaning procedures by our dedicated cleaning team Implementing pre-screening questions for customers prior to booking appointmentsQUALIFICATIONS:
Proven success in a customer focused work environmentWell developed and adaptive communication skillsAttention to detail - works efficiently while capturing accurate dataAbility to balance multiple priorities throughout the work dayRESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer contact (both receiving and initiating) to schedule service appointmentsRespond to email requests and questionsConduct customer satisfaction surveysOther service support duties as assignedWE OFFER:
