- Support and conduct applicable internal investigations and make recommendations based on findings. Exercise tact and diplomacy at all times when dealing with stakeholders and maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in the context of each investigation. Use every opportunity to identify potential control weaknesses and escalate to FMCS Leadership for further review and action.
- Monitor and track Branch/Treasury differences to identify emerging risk trends and patterns.
- Maintain an efficiency and effectiveness mindset that focuses on continual improvement, innovation, and iteration on existing processes and the FMCS program as a whole.

- Complete video footage requests from internal and external parties
- Support Meridian during emergency and highly-sensitive situations.
- Proactively assist with updates to policy, procedure, and other relevant enterprise documents.
Meridian/Member Focus:
- Identify opportunities to change/enhance/eliminate redundant processes and practices that are mutually beneficial to FMCS and Meridian stakeholders.
- Resolve outstanding issues, incidents, and requests within the scope of the role, while maintaining a Member-centric focus and commitment to Member experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and representative of FMCS on projects, initiatives, or other engagements. Provide outstanding quality service to all stakeholders and partners.
- Actively participate and provide input during presentations and team meetings.
- Effectively manage expectations, multiple priorities, and competing deadlines.
- Provide timely responses and turnarounds to all communications and escalate as appropriate.
- Remain committed to self-directed learning and development, remain up to date on industry trends and best practices, and look for opportunities for further development.
