What we are looking for

At Dealer-FX, we prioritize our users. The automotive landscape is ever-evolving, and we seek Senior Technical Product Managers who thrive on adaptation and are eager to influence products that impact thousands daily.

In this role, you will take the lead on technical product strategies, focusing on building robust platforms, enabling seamless partner integrations, and developing advanced data solutions for business intelligence, reporting, and leveraging technologies such as LLM, ML, and AI. You will bridge the technical and business worlds, transforming complex issues into actionable plans that propel product development.

  • Collaborate with Group Product Managers to lead platform, data services, and integration products from conception to launch.
  • Take ownership of product deliverables within the Scrum Team, from ideation through development, launch, growth, and maintenance.
  • Develop and prioritize team backlogs, roadmaps, and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with broader product strategy.
  • Engage deeply with your development team, ensuring a complete understanding and clear communication of each decision and trade-off.
  • Align and drive a shared vision among cross-functional teams, including other product teams, marketing, business partners, and operations.
  • Define technical requirements and translate them into detailed epics and user stories.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers to discover opportunities for new and existing products.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience with a technical focus.
  • 3+ years of experience in platform development, data solutions, and partner integrations.
  • Proven ability in SCRUM/Agile environments.
  • Strong passion for technological advancements and product innovation.
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities, forward-thinking, strategic, and results-oriented.
  • A curious, creative thinker, comfortable in fast-paced and technically complex environments.

  • Experience with enterprise-level products and platform thinking, ideally in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, aiming for clarity and alignment, not just consensus.
What’s in it for you?

  • Vast opportunities for growth
  • Competitive compensation packages
  • A flexible work schedule for work-life balance
  • Comprehensive Training and Development support
  • Group health and dental benefits
  • Employee Assistance Program
