Job Description

Door / Valet Attendant

First impressions are everything Your engaging smile and personality are the essence of a great Door/Valet Attendant with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.

Starting Pay Rate:  $17.40 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.55 per hour.

Job Duties Include:

Assisting our arriving and departing guests while providing exceptional service Assist with valeting of guest vehicles Proudly be an ambassador of the property and brand, promoting our facilities To be familiar with all guest related activities and events within the hotel and outside agencies, such as activities, theatre, outside transportation, recreation and current events
Qualifications
Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean abstract is required Ability to drive manual is required Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Knowledge of Whistler area is an asset.
