We are seeking a visionary leader with deep expertise in scaling eCommerce and retail businesses to achieve transformational growth. This CEO will drive strategy, operations, and execution to elevate the business from $70M to $500M in revenue, expand the company's reach into physical retail, and lead a global market transformation. Key Responsibilities

  • Visionary Leadership: Develop and implement a growth strategy that positions the company as a global leader in the furniture market, targeting $500M+ in revenue.
  • Retail Expansion: Build and execute a plan for entry into retail stores, identifying key partnerships and ensuring strong in-store brand presence.
  • ECommerce Optimization: Drive advanced eCommerce strategies, including customer experience enhancements, digital marketing, and innovative sales tactics to sustain and grow online dominance.
  • Global Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new geographic markets, leveraging logistics, supply chain efficiencies, and localized marketing strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead process improvements across manufacturing, logistics, and customer support, ensuring scalability and cost-efficiency.
  • Capital Market Engagement: Represent the company to investors, preparing it for potential public offering or acquisitions, while maintaining financial stability and reporting transparency.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to scale businesses from $50M-$100M to $500M+ in revenue.
  • Proven experience in both eCommerce and physical retail, with a track record of developing omni-channel strategies.
  • Expertise in leading companies through IPOs or achieving high-value exits, showcasing tangible success metrics.
  • Deep operational knowledge of logistics, supply chains, and marketing strategies necessary for large-scale growth.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and align diverse stakeholders toward ambitious goals.

Compensation
The compensation for this high-impact role includes a competitive base salary ranging from $400,000 to $1,000,000, with significant equity and performance-based incentives tied to company milestones and long-term growth.
