Multilingual Implementation Consultant

Cision Global invites highly skilled and bilingual professionals to join our team as Implementation Consultants in Montreal, Quebec. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your project management, technical, and customer service expertise to drive success for our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, improving, and evolving client news monitoring needs and reporting to meet their business objectives. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver a world-class customer experience and contribute to the development of our product by sharing valuable customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and direct the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner.
- Identify customer goals and conduct thorough research on brands, competitors, and industries to provide tailored recommendations for set-up and best practices within our platform.
- Develop comprehensive and accurate news searches for customers using advanced Boolean logic techniques.
- Lead a series of phone and web conference calls to deliver platform and feature training, workflow recommendations, and strategic guidance to customers.
- Maintain open communication channels with internal teams regarding project progress and status, ensuring thorough documentation and organization in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and enhance customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in building relationships and managing customer portfolios at a SaaS company.
- Exceptional customer-facing communication and project management skills.
- Solid customer success management experience and understanding of retention strategies in a B2B SaaS subscription business.
- Advanced knowledge of Boolean search logic and ability to apply it effectively.
- Mandatory proficiency in both French and English languages.
This position requires strong written and spoken English skills due to regular interactions with colleagues and clients outside of Quebec. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for growth and professional development within our dynamic team.
