Responsibilities:
  • Set performance targets and communicate accountability clearly.
  • Recognize and reward staff for achievements, while providing coaching and feedback as needed.

  • Collaborate with performance experts to review and improve restaurant systems.
  • Work with the Owner/Operator to develop annual business plans.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting tactics accordingly.
  • Create a positive work environment while achieving business results (guest satisfaction, sales, profits).
  • Ensure restaurants are staffed and operationally sound.
  • Develop and execute reinvestment plans, including opening new locations and equipment upgrades.
  • Lead programs, promotions, and leadership visits.
  • Set high-performance standards and ensure goals are met.
  • Balance day-to-day activities with long-term business planning.
  • Encourage teamwork and resolve conflicts constructively.
Qualifications:
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Minimum 7 years of QSR operations or related industry experience.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and communication tools (virtual meetings, WhatsApp).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience building strong working relationships and collaborating across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
