Job Summary

As an SAP CO Solution Lead, you will be a key player in the Morton intelligent enterprise team that helps to discover and define the problem statement, evaluates solution options and makes recommends to our internal customers. As a lead you will align technology and business strategy working together with our internal customers gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology, SAP best practices, business changes to achieve defined business goals.

You will also support the knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of our global business.

You'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

SAP application design, development, integration, testing, deployment and support for the current SAP ECC environment and the future S/4HANA environment. Research and document current business processes and provide process improvement recommendations to the business. Implement newly improved FICO and cross-functional business processes based on business requirements. Support the current SAP ERP ECC Environment and prepare for a transformation to S/4HANA. Strong SAP configuration/set up knowledge and business processes in Controlling and Finance areas including, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profitability Analysis (PA / COPA), Product Costing (PC) including Standard Costing, Material Ledger, Overhead Costing and Profit Center Accounting (PCA). Experience in supporting SAP FI module components such as GL, AR, AP, Special Purpose Ledger, Open Text, Bank reconciliation, FSCM, Fixed Assets. Experience with integration points between SAP FICO, SD, and MM modules in ECC 6.0 environment. Provide training and support to end users on SAP FICO functionalities, best practices, and business processes. Experience with designing custom solutions and interfaces between SAP & Non-SAP systems. Experience on integration to SAP and related products, such as Vertex, Paymetric, Ariba and Concur is a plus. Other duties as assigned. Travel as needed up to 25%. Additional travel possible depending on location and projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in SAP Controlling and / or Finance. Confident and client facing personality with excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience with project management highlighting strong planning, coordination skills and leading practices. Experience and desire to work in a transformative environment that requires travel depending on location and projects. Experience in master data and its role in enabling systems. Experience with functional design and configuration of IT Applications. Experience with end-user support for SAP and non-SAP systems providing a high level of customer satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent industry experience. Speaking / Writing in Spanish and / or French are a plus. Familiarity with S4/HANA architecture, features, and migration strategies especially on FICO aspect is highly helpful.

Résumé du Poste

En tant que chef de solution SAP CO, vous serez un acteur clé au sein de l'équipe de l'entreprise intelligente Morton qui aide à découvrir et définir l'énoncé du problème, évalue les options de solution et fait des recommandations à nos clients internes. En tant que chef, vous alignerez la stratégie technologique et commerciale en travaillant avec nos clients internes pour recueillir des exigences, analyser, concevoir et/ou mettre en œuvre des technologies, des pratiques optimales SAP, des changements commerciaux pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux définis. Vous soutiendrez également le transfert de connaissances dans le but de fournir des solutions de consultation à valeur ajoutée qui permettent à nos clients de répondre aux besoins changeants de notre entreprise mondiale. Vous aurez également l'opportunité de jouer un rôle de premier plan dans la conduite d'une transformation majeure de SAP ECC à S/4HANA.

Tâches et Responsabilités

Conception, développement, intégration, test, déploiement et support des applications SAP pour l'environnement SAP ECC actuel et l'environnement futur S/4HANA. Recherche et documentation des processus métier actuels et fourniture de recommandations d'amélioration des processus à l'entreprise. Mise en œuvre de nouveaux processus métier améliorés FICO et transversaux basés sur les exigences métier. Soutien à l'environnement SAP ERP ECC actuel et préparation à une transformation vers S/4HANA. Solide connaissance de la configuration/installation SAP et des processus métier dans les domaines du Contrôle de Gestion et de la Finance, notamment la Comptabilité des Centres de Coûts (CCA), l'Analyse de Rentabilité (PA / COPA), la Comptabilité des Produits (PC) y compris le coût standard, le Ledger Matériel, le coût indirect et la Comptabilité des Centres de Profit (PCA). Expérience dans le soutien des composants de module SAP FI tels que GL, AR, AP, Ledger des opérations spéciales, Open Text, Rapprochement bancaire, FSCM, Immobilisations. • Expérience avec les points d'intégration entre les modules SAP FICO, SD et MM dans l'environnement ECC 6.0. Fournir une formation et un soutien aux utilisateurs finaux sur les fonctionnalités SAP FICO, les meilleures pratiques et les processus métier. Expérience dans la conception de solutions personnalisées et d'interfaces entre les systèmes SAP & non SAP. Expérience de l'intégration à SAP et aux produits associés, tels que Vertex, Paymetric, Ariba et Concur, est un plus. Autres tâches assignées. Déplacements selon les besoins jusqu'à 25%. Connaissances, Compétences et Aptitudes

Minimum de 7+ ans d'expérience en Contrôle de Gestion et/ou Finance SAP. Personnalité confiante et orientée client avec d'excellentes compétences analytiques et de communication. Expérience en gestion de projet mettant en évidence de solides compétences en planification, coordination et pratiques de direction. Expérience et désir de travailler dans un environnement de transformation nécessitant des déplacements selon l'emplacement et les projets. Expérience dans les données de base et leur rôle dans la mise en place de systèmes. Expérience dans la conception fonctionnelle et la configuration des applications informatiques. Expérience dans le support utilisateur final pour les systèmes SAP et non SAP fournissant un haut niveau de satisfaction client. Licence en informatique, systèmes d'information, comptabilité, ou expérience équivalente dans l'industrie. La maîtrise de l'espagnol et/ou du français est un plus. Connaissance de l'architecture S4/HANA, des fonctionnalités et des stratégies de migration, en particulier dans l'aspect FICO, est très utile.
