Description:

  • They will support the business mainly in blue collar skillset who are all unionized.
  • They need someone who understands collective agreement (blue collar conditions ex: are they available for flex time, bank hours, etc)
  • They will need to validate the system is working and follow up with the end user (mangers of unionized workers)
  • They are mainly working in workday and validating information through excel – they will need to be comfortable with VLOOKUP/ pivot tables when manipulating data.
  • The first few weeks of the launch, they need to make sure that the managers validate the hours worked on a weekly basis because employees get paid weekly. All hours need to me confirmed by the Friday of that week in order for employees to get paid the week after.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must haves:

•3-5 years of data experience

•Bilingual

•Excel – vlookup/ pivot tables

Description :

  • L'entreprise a besoin d'une personne qui comprenne la convention collective (les conditions de travail, par exemple : sont-ils disponibles pour des horaires flexibles, des heures de banque, etc.

  • Il devra valider le fonctionnement du système et assurer le suivi auprès de l'utilisateur final (les gestionnaires des travailleurs syndiqués).
  • Ils travaillent principalement sur Workday et valident les informations à l'aide d'Excel - ils devront être à l'aise avec VLOOKUP/ tableaux croisés dynamiques lorsqu'ils manipulent des données.
  • Au cours des premières semaines du lancement, ils doivent s'assurer que les responsables valident les heures travaillées sur une base hebdomadaire, car les employés sont payés chaque semaine. Toutes les heures doivent être confirmées avant le vendredi de la semaine pour que les employés soient payés la semaine suivante.

Compétences et qualifications supplémentaires :

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des données
