Join Our Team:

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor reports to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager . We are looking for an energetic foody, hospitality professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and people. Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems including MICROS, OpenTable, and Golden and will be willing to accept assignments on an as-needed basis to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Hourly Wage: $24.50 - $26.00

General Responsibilities

Responsible for daily operations of the outlet in the absence of the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

Assist the Manager in:

Ensuring all staff adhere to appropriate service standards.

Ensuring all guests are content and well-served.

Maintaining smooth overall restaurant operations.

Ensure all staff members:

Work together in a strong team environment.

Are engaged and happy in their day-to-day jobs.

Primarily assist in Braidwood Tavern.

Be flexible to assist in In Room Dining, Pool, and Banquet operations as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Hospitality Education, preferred.

At least 2 years in a lead server or supervisory role, ideally in a luxury hotel/restaurant environment.

Strong knowledge and passion for everything food and beverage

Strong command of the English language

Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.

Successful candidates must possess the ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
