Lifemark Physiotherapy Colchester is looking to hire a Clinic Director to join our collaborative team in Truro, Colchester, NS
The Clinic Director must have a clinical designation as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Massage Therapist, ideally with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. The clinic director will be energized to recognize new opportunities to develop future business, have experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and development of business plans, and have a passion for developing clinical excellence through mentorship, education, and professional development.
This position is a split management/clinician position, the ideal candidate will treat their patients for a portion of the week, whilst spending the remainder of their time on management duties.

A graduate of a recognized university with an applicable degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy or Massage Therapy Registered with the appropriate provincial regulatory body (required) Experienced as a practicing clinician (3+ years preferred) Able to adapt to changes in priorities, possessing business acumen Proven to improve revenues through business development activities and building relationships.
