**Lifemark Physiotherapy Colchester **is looking to hire a** Clinic Director **to join our collaborative team in Truro, Colchester, NS
The Clinic Director **must **have a** clinical designation **as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Massage Therapist, ideally with a minimum of 3-5 years of **experience. **The clinic director will be energized to recognize new opportunities to develop future business, have experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and development of business plans, and have a passion for developing clinical excellence through mentorship, education, and professional development.

**Clinical Quality**:

- Ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
- Performing chart audits (reviewing treatment plans for accuracy, clinical reasoning & program selection)
- Maintaining standards for communication (charts, letters, phone) with customers
- Participating in lunch & learns (internal & external as required)
- Ensuring effective and efficient implementation and development of clinic and corporate standard operating procedures.

**Professional Development**:

- Business development, financial management, and development of clinic business plans
- Promoting a climate of success and the highest level of service with strong supportive leadership and a positive attitude
- Monitoring customer service programs to provide an outstanding experience to patients, physicians, and other clients
- Maintaining a strong presence in the clinic, mentoring and developing potential leaders within the team for the benefit of future growth of the organization.
- Demonstrating clinical leadership and expertise through mentorship of clinical staff
- Performing 1:1 meetings with all clinical staff
- review of physiotherapist scorecard and other objective measures of performance
- Developing a corrective action plan when performance issues are identified
- Assisting Office Manager in recruitment and hiring of staff

**You are**:

- A graduate of a recognized university with an applicable degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy or Massage Therapy
- Registered with the appropriate provincial regulatory body (required)
- Experienced as a practicing clinician (3+ years preferred)
- Able to adapt to changes in priorities, possessing business acumen
- Proven to improve revenues through business development activities and building relationships.
- An advocate for our patients and customers.
- A strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with an interdisciplinary team.
- Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and development of business plans.
- Energized to recognize new opportunities to develop future business
