Duties and Responsibilities: 

Work closely with Operations Management on safety related activities Promote Safety Culture across the organization Driver/Employee Orientations, coaching, and Safety Training Safe Behaviour Observation programs (Field Audits) Promote and ensure compliance to OH&S regulations and practices Incident Investigations and root cause analysis KPI reporting and communication of corrective actions and learnings Day-to-Day managing of assigned employees Other assigned duties

  Qualifications:

Demonstrated industry-related experience in a safety role Excellent knowledge of the road transportation industry regulations, occupational safety standards, highway traffic and Hours of Service regulations NATMI CDS or similar industry certification preferred

  Working Conditions:
