Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Team Leader position are:

- Team support: problem management, KPI management and day-to-day team work on ticket management and account follow-up.

- Customer management: ticket management, direct customer service to support the team during peak periods

- New customer training: Ensure smooth integration and optimal understanding (Onboarding).

- Customer experience: Guarantee an exceptional experience by responding clearly and professionally.

- Technical problem management: Handle tickets relating to connectivity issues and system updates.

- Continuous improvement: Update procedures and take initiatives to improve processes.

- Administrative tasks: Perform administrative tasks, create PowerPoint presentations and organize events.

Qualifications
The qualities we look for in a good customer service team leader are :

- Experience in customer service and bilingualism.

- Experience in personnel management and call listening for ongoing staff training.

- Technical skills: Knowledge of Zoho Desk, CRM and Books.

- Motivation and team spirit with excellent communication skills.

- Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and mastery of spelling and grammar.

- Resourcefulness and ability to learn quickly.

- Comfortable with technology and commitment to growth.
