Customer Growth Lead

CreditBook Inc is a fintech company focused on alternative lending. We are a team of passionate and talented individuals who are committed to changing the way people access credit. Our services include loan management systems, alternative loan data reporting, and financial data aggregation.
We're seeking an experienced leader to build and manage our customer-facing teams, establishing a foundation for exceptional customer experiences and sustainable growth. You will develop and implement strategies for sales, customer success, and relationship management, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Team Building**: Recruit, hire, and mentor top talent in sales, customer success, and relationship management roles.
- **Strategy Development**: Create and execute comprehensive plans for customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion.
- **Process Design**: Establish efficient processes and workflows for each customer-facing function.
- **Sales Leadership**: Set and track sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, and optimize the sales process.
- **Customer Success Management**: Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes with our products and services, fostering long-term relationships.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for upsells and cross-sells.
- **Data Analysis**: Track and analyze key metrics related to customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align customer-facing efforts with broader company goals.
**Requirements**:
- **Proven Experience**: 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within sales, customer success, or relationship management, preferably in the fintech industry.
- **Team Building Skills**: Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- **Strategic Mindset**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results.
- **Excellent Communication**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both internally and with customers.
- **Customer-Centric Focus**: Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
**Nice to have**:
- Experience in Fintech, Lending and/or Payments
- Experience in high-growth startups
