Job Responsibilities
Responsible for order and inventory accuracy in the SAP ERP system for breweries and Distribution Centres within region. Responsible for Raw Materials & Finished Goods (this applies ONLY to Inventory Analysts in East/West) Execution of daily tasks on order and inventory accuracy resulting in system data integrity. This has a direct contribution to cost effective decision being made in the Supply and Deployment planning processes with the end result of related business targets being met. Ensuring that the inventory management system is in agreement with external warehouses at all times and reflective of inventory in-transit and on-hand throughout the warehouses and in the Brewery. Daily maintenance of warehouse discrepancy report. Processing system rebate beer on a regular basis. Weekly processing of internally repacked product in system. Weekly analysis of sufficient product for external repack plan. Expediting of in-transit deliveries, based on priorities of the business. Responsible for Key Performance Indicators: Inventory Accuracy, Customer order fill rate, Inventory transaction accuracy. Responsible for monitoring returnable packaging loss within their regions. Coaching operators on any potential FEFO (First Expired First Out) violations. Cascading any SKU changes to front line management & operators.Job Qualifications and Competencies
Education: Business degree or post secondary equivalent. Experience: order management, inventory reconciliation, data integrity maintenance, process improvement. Order management practices, inventory management practices, process improvement flow. Computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office Tools. Use of SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System) etc.-
