Job Summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a Temporary full-time Inventory and Demand Forecast Analyst for an 18 month contract. This role is responsible for overseeing global inventory optimization, product planning systems, and managing key data that drives requirement estimates for the Supply Chain in the Lubricants business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Aspen Tech Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning and Plant Scheduler softwares to model and represent business needs.
  • Review and refine listings history and Logility generated finished product forecast to establish manufacturing and replenishment models.
  • Sustain models and adapt to changes in the product line and distribution network.
  • Collaborate with Forecasting/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/IT/Sales/Operations and Planning teams to address business problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide advanced level of support, coaching and training to Aspen Tech software users.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management and optimization.
  • Experience in finished product inventory, production scheduling, warehouse replenishment, and Forecasting/Demand Planning processes.
  • Working experience related to Business Warehouse and Lubricants SAP (material master, production, inventory, warehouse movement transactions) is an asset.
