Asa Structural Engineer/Building Engineer you will be responsible fordesigning analyzing and overseeing the construction of buildingstructures to ensure they are safe functional and compliant withlocal codes and regulations. Your role will be crucial in ensuringthe structural integrity and stability of various constructionprojects.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Designand analyze structural components and systems for various types ofbuildings including residential commercial and industrialstructures.
  • Developdetailed engineering plans specifications and drawings that meetlocal building codes and safetystandards.
  • Conductstructural assessments and evaluations of existing buildings todetermine their condition and compliance with current codes andregulations.
  • Collaboratewith architects contractors and other engineering professionals toensure that designs are feasible and meet projectrequirements.
  • Overseeand review construction processes to ensure that structuralelements are built according to specifications andstandards.
  • Providetechnical guidance and support during the construction phaseaddressing any structural issues or challenges thatarise.
  • Prepareand maintain detailed reports and documentation related tostructural designs evaluations and constructionactivities.
  • Stayupdated on changes in building codes engineering standards andindustry best practices to ensure accurate and innovativedesigns.

Requirements
  • Relevantcertification or diploma in Structural Engineering BuildingEngineering Civil Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience as a structural engineer or building engineer with astrong understanding of structural design analysis andconstruction.
  • Proficiencyin engineering software and tools used for structural analysis anddesign.
  • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to assess and resolve complexengineeringchallenges.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills for collaborating withproject teams andstakeholders.
  • Detailorientedwith strong organizational skills for managing design projects anddocumentation.
  • Abilityto stay current with evolving building codes engineering standardsand industrypractices.
