Your Opportunity:

Casual Administrative Support required for multidisciplinary Allied Health Community/Ambulatory program. Successful candidate to have strong, effective communication skills (verbal and written) and work well independently with support of administrative lead. Knowledge of allied health disciplines and experience with Connect Care and Microsoft Office (excel, word) an asset. Responsibilities will include receiving and managing referrals, data entry and electronic documentation, client scheduling, preparing and filing/organizing legacy client charts for discharge. Successful candidate will provide administrative support to multiple disciplines at Melcor Centre and Chinook Regional Hospital rehabilitation department as needed.

Description:

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory in this client-facing position. The successful applicant will be required to participate in online and in person training for ConnectCare.
