Notre partenaire, un leader Canadien dans le domaine de la machinerie lourde est en pleine expansion et recherche un.e répartiteur pour sa succursale de Laval. Sous la supervision du directeur de service, le ou la répartiteur sera un membre clé dans l'équipe et aura la possibilité d'évoluer dans l'entreprise.

Responsibilities
En tant que répartiteur à Laval, tes responsabilités seront :

- Répartition des appels vers les techniciens de service
- Gestion des bons de travail (ouverture, traitement, fermeture)
- Préparation de la facturation au besoin
- Gestion des rapports des techniciens
- Peut être appelé à traiter les réclamations de garantie et / ou des réclamations d'amélioration de produit, y compris le calcul des frais, la soumission et le suivi
- D'autres tâches peuvent être assignées selon le candidat et son expérience

Qualifications
Afin d'obtenir ce porte en tant que répartiteur à Laval, tu dois te reconnaître ici :

- Tu as déjà occupé un poste en répartition
- Tu es reconnu pour ta motivation, tu es proactif
- Tu as l'esprit d'entrepreneur
- Tu maîtrises bien l'informatique et les logiciels de la suite Office + Outlook
- Tu détiens des connaissances de base en mécanique / machinerie : Atout
- Tu es bilingue : Atout
