This pivotalrole requires a strategic thinker with handson experience in salesleadership and business development fostering collaboration to fuelinnovation and growth. This company sells 100% through itsdistributors

KeyResponsibilities
  • LeadGlobal Distribution: Manage and expand the global distributionnetwork cultivating longterm partnerships to drive market growthacross multipleregions.
  • SalesLeadership & Business Development: Lead and mentor ahighperforming global sales team overseeing key deals and customerrelationships. Promote product adoption among consultantsintegrators venues rental and production companies to maximizemarketpenetration.
  • StrategicPlanning & Execution: Design and implement sales anddistribution strategies aligned with company goals. Drive revenuethrough proactive leadership and innovative business developmentefforts.
  • CollaborativeLeadership: Partner with Marketing Application EngineeringTechnical Support R&D and Manufacturing teams to ensurealignment between technical and commercialstrategies.
  • MarketInsight & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trendsidentifying new opportunities and contributing to product strategyby providing actionable marketfeedback.
  • KPI& Performance Management: Define and track key performancemetrics to optimize sales funnels customer satisfaction and marketshare.
  • GlobalPresence: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributorsand partners worldwide with regular onsite visits and internationaltravel to keymarkets.

RequirementsRequirements
  • GlobalDistribution Expertise: Proven experience in building and managinga global distribution network preferably within professional audioor highend AV sectors. Strong leadership experience managing globalsales teams isessential.
  • TechnicalKnowledge in Pro Audio: Deep expertise in sound reinforcementloudspeakers or highend audio systems with the ability toeffectively communicate advanced technical solutions to diversestakeholders.
  • EntrepreneurialLeadership: Commercially driven handson leader with arollupyoursleeves attitude excelling in fastpaced environments andbalancing strategic and operationalresponsibilities.
  • Abilityto travel nationally and internationally up to50%.

Requirements: University graduate or equivalent experience withfurther studies in AV installation, data or voice communications,or drafting. Minimum of 4 years' experience in an electrical and/orcommunications environment. Understanding of project managementpractices and customer service obligations. Knowledge ofelectrical, electronic, communications, and computer products andequipment. Proficiency in oral and written English grammar,punctuation, and spelling. Familiarity with building constructionand blueprint reading. Experience with the AV Commercial IntegratorNavigate system, specifically for change orders and delay noticesfeedback to the Project Manager. CTS-I Certification Preferred

Education

Universitygraduate or equivalent experience with further studies in AVinstallation, data or voice communications, or drafting. CTS-ICertification Preferred
