PositionOverview:
We are seekingan enthusiastic and resultsdriven Outside Sales Representative tojoin our team. This role will focus on building and maintaininglongterm sales relationships with key clients including retirementhomes privatelyowned pharmacies and similar entities. The idealcandidate will have a pion for delivering exceptional customerservice an understanding of the healthcare or PPE industry andexperience insales.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Proactivelyreach out to and visit retirement homes privately owned pharmaciesand other target businesses to build longlasting salesrelationships.
  • Present promote andsell PPE products to existing and prospective customershighlighting product benefits and safetystandards.
  • Develop an indepthunderstanding of clients needs and tailor solutions that meet theirspecific requirements.
  • Conductregular followups and maintain strong customer relationshipsensuring a high level of satisfaction andloyalty.
  • Stay up to date on markettrends competitors and new product developments within the PPE andhealthcare industries.
  • Meet orexceed sales targets by generating new business and expandingexisting accounts.
  • Collaborate withinternal teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accuratelyand in a timely manner.
  • Maintaindetailed records of sales activities customer interactions and leadgeneration using CRMtools.

Qualifications:

  • Provenexperience in outside sales or a similar role preferably in thehealthcare PPE or pharmaceuticalindustries.
  • Strong communicationnegotiation and interpersonalss.
  • Ability to develop relationshipsand network with key stakeholders in retirement homes pharmaciesand other healthcarerelatedentities.
  • Selfmotivated withexcellent time management ss and a resultsorientedmindset.
  • Valid driver s license andwillingness to travel to client sites within the designatedterritory.
  • Knowledge of PPE productsand the healthcare industry is an et but notrequired.
  • Comfortable using CRMsystems and other salestools.
