Description The Global HR Employee Experience Design team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Technologist to join our team. Seeking candidates that have a well balanced previous work experience with Workday configuration (4 plus years). Reporting to the Director, Global Experience Solutions team, the Senior HR Technologist will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology systems and processes, collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and address the organization's HR technology needs, and leading the development and implementation of new HR technology solutions. This role will primarily focus on our Workday HRIS, requiring strong Workday configuration and cross-functional HR domain expertise.The Senior HR Technologist will be primarily responsible for our Workday HRIS, requiring strong Workday configuration and cross functional HR domain expertise. This individual will play a critical role in leveraging advanced technical expertise to drive improvements and promote the adoption of innovative HR technology, including the adoption of generative Ai solutions.Given the complex integrations and integrated HR ecosystem, this role will be responsible for assessing interoperability impacts across the various systems, processes, and data transfer to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within HR systems.This full-time, hybrid role requires global expertise and understanding of local and regulatory considerations when designing and implementing technology solutions and be expected to manage multiple concurrent projects, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and lead expectations and impact on end users. Key Responsibilities: Drive innovation and advocacy for technology use to enhance the employee experience and serve as a subject matter expert in Workday and other HR technologies to support applying new advancements to support the organization's vision and strategy.Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of HR technology systems, including HRIS, ATS, performance management, and other related platforms.Develop and implement new HR technology solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within HR systems, in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.Provide training and support to HR team members on the effective use of HR technology tools and platforms.Monitor and evaluate the performance of HR technology systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.Serve as a domain expert in solution discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and post-implementation support for various HR systems (primary focus in Workday)Partner with key internal customers to enhance cyclical HR activities and troubleshoot any issues or opportunitiesProvide technical support for creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards in various HR toolsLead configuration, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and projectsDevelop and maintain detailed configuration and standard operating proceduresAssist with impact assessments, regression testing, and communication plansStay abreast of the latest advancements and opportunities within the suite of HR technology and emergency technology such as AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Machine Learning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.5+ years of hands-on technical configuration and technology implementation experience across HR technology applications including HRIS (Workday), ATS, performance management, learning systems and other HR technology platforms5+ years of HR domain expertise with a particular concentration across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Time, and Absence, and Learning.Experience working in a large global organization and delivering solutions under tight timelinesProven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information within data privacy standardsDemonstrated technical, strategic, and consultative skills, with the ability to develop forward-thinking solutions to address complex problems and risks.Experience with project management, human center design principles and change management approaches in support of HR technology initiatives.Persuasive communication and influencing skills across cross functional internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation Additional Education and Experience: Experience with ADP Global View (PECI, PICOF, EXPR) is an assetOther HRIS configuration experience is helpfulExperience with Phenom, Cornerstone, Edcast an assetWorkday Studio experience and/or Workday Pro Certification(s) are assetsExperience with JIRA, Salesforce, ServiceNow or similar applications is an assetExperience working in an agile environment is an asset Key Skills: Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship building skillsStrong technical acumen, logic, judgment, and decision makingInitiative and willingness to build skills in new areasSolid understanding of data analysis and interpretationDemonstrated consulting experience and ability to influenceCommitment to ethics, data privacy, and compliance policies
