Sommaire des fonctions

Relevant du gestionnaire, Rapports généraux et vérifications externes, les principales responsabilités de ce poste sont, entre autres, les suivantes :

Préparer les états financiers mensuels basés sur les exigences internes et externes. Cette responsabilité s'étend aux conseils d'administration ou aux comités de gouvernance de toutes les entités sous l'égide de Bruyère, dont l’Hôpital Bruyère, l’Institut de recherche Bruyère, la Fondation Bruyère, les Services communautaires de gérontopsychiatrie d'Ottawa, l’Organisation médicale universitaire Bruyère, le Programme de médecine familiale Bruyère et le Programme de soins palliatifs de Champlain.Être un soutien à la préparation des dossiers et du processus d'audit de fin d'année pour toutes les entités de Bruyère.Aider à la préparation des soumissions trimestrielles obligatoires à Santé Ontario et au Ministère de la santé (MOH)Faciliter la préparation du rapport de consolidation des hôpitaux en fin d'année.S'engager à vivre la mission et les valeurs de Bruyère. S'engager à l'égard de la sécurité des patients et des résidents, de l'apprentissage continu et de l’amélioration continue de la qualité.

Qualifications requises

Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en administration des affaires; minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience dans un domaine connexe; connaissance de la comptabilité générale, des lignes directrices du système d'information de gestion (MIS / OHRS) et des structures organisationnelles des hôpitaux; compétences informatiques avancées, notamment en ce qui concerne la suite Microsoft Office et les systèmes financiers.

Qualifications souhaitables

Titre professionnel de comptable professionnel agréé (CPA); capacité de communiquer aisément en français et en anglais.

Compétences-clés

Compétences avancées en matière d'analyse et de synthèse; esprit d'initiative et autonomie démontrés; sens de l'organisation, capacité à établir des priorités et à respecter les délais; capacité supérieure à organiser, analyser et évaluer des données, tant sur le plan quantitatif que qualitatif; bonne connaissance des grands systèmes informatisés d'information financière; des directives MIS (système de rapports sur la santé de l'Ontario); connaissance des services et programmes hospitaliers; connaissance des comptes et de la structure organisationnelle de l'hôpital; connaissance supérieure d'Excel ou d'outils d'analyse et de reporting équivalents; bonnes aptitudes verbales et écrites; connaissance des principes comptables; familiarité avec le travail au sein d'une organisation comportant plusieurs entités comptables; connaissance pratique des analyses financières, comptables et d'audit approfondies.
