Our client is looking for a Quality Control Analyst for a 9 month contract in London. This is an onsite role.
Pay rate: $37.00 / Hour
Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Analyst, your duties will be:
•Performing quality checks on a broad range of money laundering investigations.
•Evaluating ML/TF risk by conducting quality checks on cases
•Keeping abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements.
•Recognizing and evaluating accounts and activity and effectively document recommendations.
•Providing trend analysis of AML/ATF findings and gaps to the Management for review.
•Maintaining a culture of risk management and control.
•Managing ambiguity and applying judgment to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve ongoing business and operational issues.
•Assisting the QC function with developing/drafting and maintaining written policies, procedures and/or programs/frameworks.
•Prioritizing and managing workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.
•Serving as a subject matter expert in a quality control function.
•Working independently with minimal supervision within a team environment.

Qualifications
●3+ years in relevant AML or financial crime-related roles required.
●Knowledge of FINTRAC guidelines, PCMLTFA/R, and FATF recommendations
●Proficient with FINTRAC guidelines
●Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
●Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
●Attention to detail.

Nice to have:
●CAMS certification an asset
●CFCS certification an asset
●Experience working with Refinitiv/Lexus Nexus/Dow Jones, and Actimize technology solutions is an asset.
●Experience in QC’ing Suspicious Transaction Reports or/and other regulatory reports is an asset.
