Responsibilities:

  • Lead the estimation process for all projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and competitiveness in bids.
  • Develop and implement estimation strategies to maximize profitability and win rate.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing estimation team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to prepare comprehensive estimates.
  • Collaborate with project management, procurement, and other stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to inform estimation practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in construction estimation, preferably in the ICI sector.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
