Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure exceptional property management services.
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners to maximize returns.
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met by maintaining open communication with tenants and property owners.
  • Hire and supervise support staff to perform operational, clerical, or maintenance duties efficiently.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to maintain property value.
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners to provide transparent updates.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare expense and income reports to facilitate financial planning and analysis.
  • Respond promptly to trouble calls from clients or tenants to resolve issues effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or property management.
  • 2 years of experience in property management, facilities operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and staff.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
