Exterior Labourer

The Exterior Labourer is responsible for maintaining the exterior grounds of the buildings and properties on behalf of York Property Management in Windsor, Ontario. The Exterior Labourer reports to the Maintenance Coordinator. Hours assigned are dependent on the weather conditions.

**Responsibilities**

1. Maintain exterior grounds of the property

Main activities
- Raking leaves, grass, mulch
- Weeding and cutting grass on the grounds
- Planting flowers
- Trimming trees
- Repairing fences
- Painting fences or exterior
- Repairing signage
- Move materials and clear debris/garbage as required
- Complete sidewalk and entrance salting and shoveling when necessary
- Ensure overall cleanliness of the exterior of properties
- Strictly adhere to all health and safety requirements
- Ensure regular garbage removal and recycling pick up occurs; take garbage bins in and out on pick up day

2. Perform administrative duties

Main activities
- Keep daily log of tasks completed
- Maintain equipment and tools
- Follow work order instructions

3. Perform other duties as instructed/ required
