Our client, Huron Shores Property Management, a leading full-service condominium management company serving the Windsor, Ontario, region, seeks a professional and dedicated Condo Property Manager. **Do you have what it takes?**
- Must hold a general General License with the CMRAO
- 2 years of condo management experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with your own insured vehicle for local travel
- Ability to manage a range of responsibilities and expectations

**What's the job?**

As the Condo Property Manager, you're the essential bridge between condo owners, the board of directors, and our client. Your responsibilities will include:

- This is a role requiring the person to be based in Windsor, Ontario, or the surrounding region
- Facilitating monthly board meetings and taking minutes
- Presenting financials in a clear and concise manner
- Managing resident concerns and complaints effectively
- Implementing and overseeing decisions made by the board of directors
- Coordinating maintenance issues and managing the RFP process for quotations
- Regular 8-hour shifts and occasional evening meetings as required (virtually or in-person) with your assigned condo boards may be required.
