Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this after-sales representative role are engaging and varied:
Customer Assistance: Handle calls and emails to help customers resolve their issues quickly and effectively.
Warranty Management: Verify warranties to ensure each request is handled according to policies.
Quality Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and managing dissatisfaction with professionalism.

Qualifications

- Be Fully Bilingual: Fluent in both spoken and written communication.
