Client Overview: We are hiring for a large search engine companythat provides locationbased services on both web and mobileplatforms.
Role Summary: As aUsability Researcher 3 with a focus on quantitative researchmethods you will play a crucial role in supporting usabilityresearch and user experience design. Your work will contribute tocompetitor benchmarking studies segmentation of the search engineuserbase and providing quantitative research support to theusability research team. This is an exciting opportunity to work ina small team that has a significant impact on a large product withmillions of daily activeusers.

4.What are the keyresponsibilities
Assist in designing and conducting quantitative research studiesincluding surveys segmentation studies A/B tests and productanalytics reviews.
Document theoutput of interviews and research activities in wellorganized anddetailed notes.
Analyzequantitative data to identify patterns themes and opportunities forimprovement.
Create compellingpresentations and reports to communicate research findings andrecommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure research insightsare incorporated into the product developmentprocess.

5.What experience are we looking for to drivesuccess
MUSTHave Skills andQualifications:
57 years ofoverall experience in the field of UXResearch.
Proficiency in surveydesign and conducting quantitativeresearch.
Experience analyzingqualitative data and derivinginsights.
Strong presentation andreporting skills.
Bachelorsdegree in HumanComputer Interaction Psychology or equivalenttraining.
Preferred Skills andQualifications:
Experienceworking with search engines or geospatialtools.
Previous experience withsegmentation studies A/B tests and product analyticsreviews.
Proficiency inquantitative data analysis tools such as R orSPSS.
Familiarity with MicrosoftOffice Suite Figma andQualtrics.
