Source Atlantic is seeking a Marketing Specialist  to join our team in  Saint John, NB.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the key responsibilities of the  Marketing Specialist  include:

Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify, define and produce integrated marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and fostering repeat business Work with internal experts and external partners to coordinate and assist in the development of campaigns and programs to support sales and marketing initiatives  Ensure campaign implementation adheres to organizational guidelines  Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns to assess their success  Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results  Enhance new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects

The ideal candidate possesses:

Post-secondary education, preferably a bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline and major in Marketing  3+ years’ experience in a marketing capacity with a strong understanding of various marketing functions  Strong leadership and decision-making skills  Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills A background in project management and experience executing marketing campaigns is an asset  Ability to work under high pressure and provide creative and innovative solutions often is required
