Marketing Specialist

**Position Overview**:
Join Cluster POS, a game-changing company in the point-of-sale industry, as a Marketing Specialist. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support the growth of our business. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a fast-paced, innovative company in the POS industry.
**Reporting to**: VP Sales
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Content creation: Create compelling and engaging content such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, website copy, case studies, and whitepapers that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand voice.
- Social media management: Manage and optimize our social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to build brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
- Digital advertising: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, display advertising, and remarketing efforts to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation efforts and align marketing activities with sales goals. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to develop creative assets.
- Industry events and trade shows: Represent Cluster POS at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services, network with potential customers, and stay up to date with industry trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Bilingual English & French (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and KPIs.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Must have the ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations, including organizational changes and changes in job demand.
**Competitive salary range**: $60,000 to $70,000.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
