In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, Skin Ceuticals). With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last years which is fueled by +.k employees around the world. 

Key responsibilities 

The SkinCeuticals and Skin Better Science mission is to improve skin health. Dedicated to this purpose, we make a simple promise – to provide advanced skincare backed by science. 

Made in the USA, we are used and recommended by dermatologists, plastic surgeons and medical spas to both correct the signs of aging and prevent future damage.

We are seeking an individual with high-level experience in medical detailing, a creative business growth driver, and a proven track record in sales achievement to manage the complexity & needs of each clinic. 
 With a split of business between Medical Institutes & Medical Offices, the importance of scientific expertise, professionalism, business building experience and the ability to facilitate a high level of communication is a must. An existing network within the medical community is preferred. 
 
 Our territory counselors manage between - active clients with an expectation of - new acquisitions each year. This territory is based in North York, Ontario.
 

Our Business Development and Account Executive are resourceful, independent and self-disciplined with the ability to develop and maintain business relationships. If you place considerable value on customer service and take pride in selling high quality products, then we want to hear from you

Profile: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field - years of relevant experience. Strong business acumen and excellent negotiation skills. Capacity to work in a team as well as independently. Excellent communication skills Value customer service and holds great organizational skills. Ideally the candidate would be fluent in English and Mandarin.
