Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Fleet Reliability, the Manager, Fleet Health & Analytics will lead the Reliability team within the Technical Operations department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aircraft maintenance, data analytics, and proficiency in Tableau. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to analyze complex data sets, and a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) in aircraft maintenance operations. Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage the Reliability team to ensure timely and accurate collection, processing, analysis and reporting of aircraft maintenance data. Develop and implement strategies to optimize aircraft fleet health and performance through data-driven insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Planning, Stores, Purchasing and Finance to identify opportunities for improving maintenance efficiency and reducing costs. Design and maintain dashboards in Tableau to visualize and communicate aircraft maintenance KPIs to stakeholders. Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations. Monitor aircraft health metrics such as reliability, availability, and maintenance effectiveness, and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to aircraft maintenance analytics. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership on the performance of the aircraft fleet and recommendations for optimization. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Reliability team. Actively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS) including reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply and promote the Company Safety Policy Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aviation Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an aircraft maintenance related role, with a focus on data analytics and KPI monitoring. Proven experience in using Tableau or similar data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports. Experience with AMOS/RAAS preferred. Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions. Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. Certifications in aircraft maintenance, data analytics, or project management are desirable.
