Responsibilities
• Analysis of change readiness, impact and delivery of change management plans for digital solutions.
• Ability to design/execute workshops and effective training sessions for a variety of internal, external and public stakeholders.
• Ability to advocate and communicate the ways of working to create and build trust and authenticity with stakeholders.
• Assess change readiness and impacts to the organizational business partners.

Qualifications
• Significant and proven experience and knowledge of OCM principles,
methodologies and tools in a digital modernization environment.
• Proven examples of change management, communication, engagement and training plan development and execution, within a project schedule, for a variety of internal, external and public stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and project team members with an ability to see things from other pons of view.
• Ability to design and execute workshops and effective training sessions.
• Proven ability to advocate and communicate what a team does to create trust and authenticity.
• Hold Prosci or other formal OCM certification.
• Working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver change management plans for digital solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and partners at all levels across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with Registry of Motor Vehicle systems and/or business areas
considered an asset.
• Previous public-sector project experience.
• Experience with understanding policy or operationalizing policy.
