Administrateur Senior ServiceNow

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Administrateur Senior ServiceNow pour gérer et optimiser notre plateforme ServiceNow. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 7 ans d'expérience dans l'administration de ServiceNow et sera capable de diriger des initiatives visant à améliorer la performance et la sécurité de la plateforme.
Responsabilités :
- Gérer la configuration et l'administration quotidienne de la plateforme ServiceNow, en veillant à sa performance et à sa stabilité.
- Surveiller la performance de la plateforme et résoudre rapidement les problèmes techniques pour garantir un service optimal.
- Implémenter des mises à jour logicielles, corriger les bugs et effectuer des ajustements fonctionnels pour répondre aux besoins des utilisateurs.
- Collaborer avec les équipes métiers et techniques pour identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions aux défis rencontrés par les utilisateurs finaux.
- Assurer le respect des meilleures pratiques et des normes de sécurité sur la plateforme, en proposant des améliorations continues.
- Former et encadrer les membres juniors de l'équipe pour renforcer leurs compétences techniques.
Compétences requises :
- 7 ans d'expérience minimum dans l'administration de ServiceNow, y compris la configuration et la gestion des modules ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, et Performance Analytics.
- Expertise en scripting JavaScript, y compris l'utilisation de GlideScript et la création de scripts d'affaires pour automatiser les processus.
- Connaissance approfondie des intégrations ServiceNow avec des outils tiers via REST/SOAP API et des outils d'automatisation comme Ansible ou Jenkins.
- Maîtrise des workflows ServiceNow, y compris la conception et l'optimisation des workflows, ainsi que l'utilisation de Flow Designer.
- Expérience en gestion des mises à jour de versions, y compris la planification et l'exécution des mises à jour et des correctifs, ainsi que la gestion des problèmes associés.
- Certification ServiceNow (Administration, ITSM, ou autre) est fortement souhaitée.
- Familiarité avec les bonnes pratiques ITIL et capacité à mettre en œuvre des processus ITIL sur la plateforme ServiceNow.
