We are seeking a Marketing Specialist, based full time in our Milton, ON Head Office location, to join our dynamic Marketing team. You will collaborate closely with our Brand, Channel, Product, and Digital Marketing Managers.

What You Will Be Doing

Align marketing activities with ROCKWOOL business goals Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans in collaboration with key stakeholders Measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies Support the development and execution of digital marketing programs Provide event support at regional and national tradeshows Development of Marketing Materials: Create new marketing materials to support the North American salesforce, including point-of-purchase materials, social media content planning & development, and learning management system planning & development. Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the broader Marketing organization on special projects such as product launches, learning management system updates, webinar series development, and new print fulfillment vendor setup. Digital Platform Maintenance: Maintain and update ROCKWOOL digital platforms to ensure they reflect our brand and meet stakeholder needs. Content Creation: Develop and revise new and existing marketing content pieces, including literature. Brand consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all channels, products, and materials Brand experience: Support the Brand marketing manager in execution of national branded events and exhibitions Content Calendar Management: Support the maintenance and execution of our content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery. Campaign Measurement : Measure and track current marketing campaigns in North America to evaluate effectiveness and optimize performance. Marketing Automation: Support the development of marketing automation programming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Event Support: Provide event support at regional and national tradeshows for both residential and commercial sectors.

What You Bring

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Marketing or related field Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Understanding of project management principles Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Multitasking and self-motivation Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Loop) Experience or understanding of digital marketing environments is a plus (Marketo, Dynamics CRM, Adobe Creative Cloud)
