**Summary of Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Execute key brand initiatives for the Wilcox Group of Companies (Wilcox Truck Bodies & Wilcox GSE), maintaining a unified voice, across various social media channels.

2. Maintain all content for the Group of Company websites and social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and the like).

3. Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.

4. Create and develop strong marketing campaigns and strategies while managing relevant budgets.

6. Conduct marketing research to monitor industry trends and habits, providing reports to Management as required.

7. Develop in-house reception and/or instructional videos.

8. Develop and maintain all sales literature and other marketing information as required, including brochures and manuals.

9. Develop internal and external promotional content and programs, including Company social events.

10. Organize all aspects of marketing for trade shows (including strategy, displays, signage and any other required materials.

11. Simplify complex data into user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other aids for customers and management.

12. Review and improve customer service strategy by using questionnaire and feedback forums.

13. Educate and train Wilcox employees on social media.

**Skills/Abilities**:

- High level of proficiency in proofreading and editing including excellent grammar and spelling.
- A love for marketing and social media.
- Witty and creative with a passion for digital storytelling.
- Self-motivated, energetic, reliable, and strong ability to problem solve.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Keen understanding and genuine passion for culture and trends across both truck body and aviation industries.
- Proficient in editing video and photos, digital media formats and HTML.
- Strong understanding of web analytics and the ability to use market research strategically to enhance communications to target audiences.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Results oriented with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize work effectively.

**Job Knowledge or Work Experience**:
Post-Secondary diploma/degree in business or marketing-related field

B2B & B2C marketing

Social media management tools

Digital marketing, SEM, SEO, CRM and Google Ads experience

3-5 years of relevant Marketing

Sales and E-Commerce

Ability to listen and communicate concisely and effectively

**Education**:
Yellow or Black belt and/or Six Sigma training/designation an asset

Wears all required PPE when at manufacturing facility

Regular exposure to noise/temperature and/or adverse weather conditions/work outside

Regular working schedule, day shift

Possess valid drivers license and have reliable car

Possess valid Passport and be available and able to travel

May be required to work outside of normal working days and hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
