Director of Sales

We are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales for our tier 2 automotive client based in the Toronto area. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. -
Proven experience in automotive industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. -
Strong understanding of the automotive industry, market dynamics, and customer needs. -
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. -
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. -
Exceptional communication and presentation skills. -
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data. -
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. -
Ability to travel as needed.
