Responsibilities: 

  • Address user support requests through telephone and email in a courteous and professional manner. 
  • Capture and document user information and issue details. 
  • Prioritize and schedule support requests, escalating as necessary. 
  • Document the troubleshooting and resolution process thoroughly. 
  • Use online resources to aid in problem resolution. 

Must have knowledge and experience: 

  • Expertise in Dell and VMware technologies. 
  • Experience in incident management. 
  • Background in cybersecurity. 
  • Willingness to travel to client sites on short notice.
