Responsibilities:
- Address user support requests through telephone and email in a courteous and professional manner.
- Capture and document user information and issue details.
- Prioritize and schedule support requests, escalating as necessary.
- Document the troubleshooting and resolution process thoroughly.
- Use online resources to aid in problem resolution.
Must have knowledge and experience:
- Expertise in Dell and VMware technologies.
- Experience in incident management.
- Background in cybersecurity.
- Willingness to travel to client sites on short notice.
