We’re looking for a Senior Advisor Brand Marketing for the Intact Insurance brand to join our growing team.

As a marketing Senior Advisor Brand Marketing, you will be joining the team responsible for promoting the Intact Insurance brand. You will lead the brand’s efforts in Quebec or English Canada, developing and implementing ° campaigns to promote the brand. Our main objectives are to increase awareness and consideration, and encourage consumers to adopt and use our digital tools.

You will be at the centre of our brand’s performance by writing briefs, developing and implementing campaigns, doing media planning, as well as tracking and analyzing results. Working with internal and external experts, you will implement initiatives and campaigns using all channels to effectively support brand growth, while ensuring that brand messages are consistent across all customer touchpoints. You will also present the strategy, plans and results to management.

What you’ll do here:

Support our goal of strengthening the leadership of the Intact Insurance brand across all strategic segments and markets, with an unwavering commitment to delivering results.

Anticipate strategic marketing opportunities by generating marketing insights based on data and research and presenting them to key stakeholders.

Understand the market and develop value propositions that strengthen our competitive advantage.

Lead the development of effective plans, from creative development to the implementation of our ° marketing campaigns.

Work closely with our partner creative and media agencies on various projects and campaigns.

Oversee the creative development and production of all deliverables, ensuring they are compliant with the brand guide, platform-specific technical requirements and best practices.

Coordinate approvals with the partners and internal departments involved.

Manage the project budgets for which you are responsible.

Work with media partners and the analytics team to set up the required tracking, audiences and performance analysis for the campaigns you oversee.

Communicate key takeaways and proactively suggest improvements or changes to the plan to more effectively achieve our goals.

Share our initiatives with internal partners and our marketing and broker communications teams.

Influence the brand strategy over the medium to long term by actively participating in annual brand planning.

Respect and adhere to timelines and budgets while executing high quality market roll-outs.

What you bring to the table:

You have an undergraduate degree in marketing or communications.

You have at least eight years of experience in marketing or communications and a proven track record in managing high-impact ° advertising campaigns.

You have an in-depth understanding of the digital and traditional media channels used to build impactful brand campaigns.

You have strong strategic communication skills.

You are a results-driven professional who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and encourage us to do things differently and improve our practices.

You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.

Bilingualism (French- English) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
