Weare looking for an experienced and detailoriented MortgageAdministrator with a specialization in manual mortgagedocumentation to join a growing project for our client in theinsurance industry. This hybrid position allows you to workinoffice for three days a week choosing from two locations:Waterloo Ontario or Halifax Nova Scotia. The role involvessupporting new mortgage processes with the possibility of contractextension or conversion to fulltime employment based on performanceand projectneeds.

Whatis in it foryou:

Hourly salary of $18.25 to $24.00 based onexperience.
12month contract withthe potential for permanentemployment.
Fulltime position:37.50 hours per week.
Workschedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pmEST.
Hybrid work: 3 office daysfrom Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and review mortgage documents to ensurecompliance with the bank s Residential Mortgage UnderwritingPolicies and Standards.
Reviewall mortgagerelated documentation to ensure accuracy completenessand alignment with regulatoryguidelines.
Work under tighttimelines to meet critical documentationdeadlines.
Collaborateeffectively with underwriting and sales teams to gather informationand clarify requirements.
Ensureall documents adhere to the bank s mortgage products creditpolicies and complianceregulations.
Resolvediscrepancies or issues in mortgage documentationpromptly.
Maintain organized andaccessible records of mortgagedocumentation.
Provideexceptional support to internal teams and external clients asneeded.

Whatyou will need tosucceed:

3 years of experience in mortgage administration or a similarrole
Strong attention to detailand organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities
Ability to workefficiently under pressure and manage multiple taskssimultaneously
Proficiency inusing relevant software and tools for document preparation andmanagement
Clear understanding ofthe bank s mortgage products credit policies and complianceregulations
Knowledge of mortgageindustry regulations and compliance standards(nicetohave)
Ability tocollaborate effectively with underwriting and salesteams
Problemsolving skills witha proactive approach
Accountability and a teamoriented mindset in a fastpacedenvironment
