About the RoleTecsys Inc. is seeking a motivated Developer to join our performance and scalability support team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of development experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and some front-end development experience. As a Software Developer in a support role, you will be the bridge between our development team and end-users, ensuring that our applications are running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain back-end code using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and platform issues.
- Create and update documentation related to troubleshooting processes.

- Développer et maintenir du code back-end en utilisant HTML, CSS, JavaScript et les technologies connexes.
