As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the success of our clients by providing expert guidance and support in leadership development and team performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of consultants and freelancers, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of client projects.
- Develop and implement leadership development programs and training content for clients.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients, including first-level management to executive teams.
- Conduct research and analysis on new trends and tools in adult education, creativity techniques, and the innovation process.
- Meet with potential clients to discuss business proposals and follow up on projects.
- Coordinate large-scale projects and assist in drafting RFPs.
- Participate in the development of proposals and demonstrate initiative in business development to support the growth of Humance | Culture & Performance.
- Support the implementation and development of organizational and technological changes.
- University degree in organizational development, management, organizational psychology, communications, education sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in management, consulting, advisory services, or human resources.
- Management experience is an asset.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required, with the ability to facilitate group training sessions and design leadership development paths and workshops.
- Energetic, creative, and innovative mindset.
- ACC or PCC accreditation is an asset.
