About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will divide your time between managing your team (20%) and consulting with external clients (80%). You will be responsible for supervising a team of consultants and freelancers within the Leadership and Team Development division, optimizing operations, and carrying out client mandates.

You will work on a variety of projects involving organizations of all sizes across all sectors. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing content for training sessions, leadership development paths, and custom workshops
  • Supporting managers working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Facilitating training and co-development sessions
  • Ensuring the engagement, recognition, performance, and career development of team members

You will work closely with the Toronto office and have the opportunity to meet with potential clients, help draft business proposals, and follow up on projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in organizational development, management, organizational psychology, communications, education sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in management, consulting, advisory services, or human resources
  • Management experience is an asset
  • Bilingualism (oral and written) in English and French
  • Ability to facilitate group training sessions and design leadership development paths and workshops
