Kelly is now hiring Our client, Enwin Utilities is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for a temporary-ongoing opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer inquiries, collections, adjustments, verifying outstanding customer balances and billing errors.
  • Maintenance of customer accounts (creating, updating, and closing).
  • Collection of outstanding accounts and providing customers with information regarding their options for payment.
  • Research customer account records to troubleshoot.
  • Interpretation of meter reading reports. Input readings into the automated system.
  • Filing of field activities and various reports.
  • Investigation of unbilled consumption and troubleshoot errors.
  • Handling front office reception.
  • Sort, distribute mail and process requests for services

What is Offered to You:

  • Ongoing opportunity, full-time hours
  • Pay rate - $18.50 per hour + 4% vacation pay
  • Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of call centre and customer service experience is required
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Criminal background check is required
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to provide courteous and effective customer service
  • Ability to organize and prioritize duties
  • Ability to process high volume data entry with accuracy and speed
  • Ability to work as a team member aiding co-workers and customers
